Relieve Stress from Generational Curses with Bach Flower Remedies

December 11, 2011 by Linda Crane 2 Comments

Hand clenching a Stress Relief BallResistance plays such a big role in clearing generational curses.  Bach Flower Remedies can help relieve the stresses and turmoil these problems produce. Could you let go of what you want to prevent?  If we can allow ourselves to let go, then we are not holding what we don’t want in our mind. This will stop perpetuating the problems.  A master once told me, that what we don’t undo, we continue to go through.

One of the ways you know that you are resisting anything is that you feel like you have to do something, or that you are going through a great deal of effort to make something happen. Life does not have to be this way. Life could be more in a continuous flow. A lot of stress comes with resistance. If you did not have the resistance within, the problem would not be happening, or re-occurring. Or the situation would not bother you. You would be more accepting of it.

What bothers you? Responsibility is key in creating the life you can enjoy.  Responsibility has been given a bad rap. It somehow was thrown together with thoughts of force and willfulness. Responsibility is a powerful place where decisions are made and you allow positive changes to take place in your life.  Responsibility does not imply blame, shame, or guilt.  Did you ever notice that whenever there is a problem you are there? Problems that follow us in thoughts, words, and deeds can be released.

Without the strain of curses, which have come to us knowingly or unconsciously, you can accomplish much with ease, without effort.  Would you rather do the same ole, habit of resisting, or would you rather be free of it.  With curses there can be underlying or unconscious ways of reacting.  You can choose to let go of what is making you uncomfortable. Life is a continuous stream of decisions and choices to make. Even not doing anything is a decision.  One’s power returns when you decide.  You are a creator of your own experience.  And now that you are more consciously aware of this fact, now is the time to change your circumstances and take action for the better.

If you knew what was available to stop the problems would you do something different and change the patterns of these generational curses?  This Holiday Season will you continue to sweep the dust under the carpet or do something different and clean it out for good?  Yes, it takes a little effort but you are worth it.

I have used these wonderful Remedies in my practice as a Bach Flower Registered Practitioner for several years.  I have had the great reward of seeing clients come back to their true nature using these wonderful, natural, safe, and effective Bach Flower Remedies.  The Remedies deal with emotions and feelings. Complementary medicine works with our own inherent nature.  We are natural beings and our body/mind responds best to the essence of purity.  Nobody knows how aspirin works, and the pharmacological action of some antibiotics is equally mysterious.  No one is seriously saying that we should stop using aspirin because we don’t know how it works: and the same argument must apply to complementary medicines.  All the more so, as the Bach Flower Remedies, unlike aspirin, are all non-toxic gentle and safe and have been used for over 70 years with great results.

There are 38 Remedies, plus a 39th, the Rescue Remedy, a composite of 5 remedies designed for emergencies. These Remedies work on the mental/emotional conditions of the person concerned.  The Remedies do not interfere with any forms of medical intervention, and can be taken in addition to all other forms of treatment.  Each Flower used has a specific, emotionally healing effect.  They raise our very natures and bring us peace and they relieve our sufferings.  People do not have to be physically ill to benefit from the Bach Remedies.  Many of us go through times of difficulty and fatigue when negativity creeps in; at these times the Remedies are invaluable in restoring the balance before physical symptoms appear. They are very effective in helping people with little faith who try them as a last resort.

Dr. Edward Bach addressed twelve outstanding states of mind that the Bach Flowers work to eliminate.  They are: Fear, Terror, Mental Torture, Indecision, Indifference or Boredom, Doubt or Discouragement, Over-Concern, Weakness, Self-distrust, Impatience, Over-enthusiasm, Pride or Aloofness.

Dr. Bach divided the Thirty-Eight Flower Remedies into seven groups, representing fundamental conflicts, which prevent us from being true to ourselves.  Fear, Uncertainty, Insufficient interest in present circumstances, Over-sensitivity to influences and ideas, Despondency or Despair, and Over-care for the welfare of others.

I would be happy to assist you in the changes you would like to make regarding the pain and stress from generational curse conflicts.  I will work with you to create a combination of Bach Flower Remedies tailored to your specific needs.  Schedule an appointment now to get your personalized Remedy. Any fault of which we may still have a trace, and are especially attempting to eradicate, that is the one we most hate to see in other people.  It is the way we are encouraged to wipe it out in ourselves.

Allow Yourself to Have Help in Troubling Times

November 23, 2011 by Linda Crane Leave a Comment

Great Bach Flowers: Star of Bethlehem It amazes me that in times of trouble and stress how we don’t use the help available at our disposal. As unbelievable as it sounds sometimes we don’t want the help and support. We would rather stay in the rut and struggle unnecessarily through situations.  When wallowing no one can help themselves or another.  Since we are the ones that make our own choices and decide for ourselves, this can only add more post traumatic stress and problems to come.  (Not making decisions, is making the decision to do, or not to do, in and of itself.) We really are in charge even when we think we are out of control and not in our right thinking.

Don’t you deserve the very best to help you in difficult times.  Instead of ignoring your options or assistance offered; wouldn’t it help you, help yourself and others dependent on you for their own encouragement and upliftment.  It becomes a vicious circle of down trodden thinking to support this type of behavior.  Where on the energy scale of emotions do you choose to work from in times of aggravated stress. Isn’t it worth it to you to make the best decisions possible during dire life situations, like the passing of a loved one, sudden accidents, financial crises, new and uncharted business decisions, shocking news regarding your children, your family, or cherished relationships.  It’s true you may feel hopeless and not care what happens to you at the time, but if you can’t think of yourself; do it for someone else.  Clarity in thinking and supporting feelings is crucial at these times.

It’s so hard to come from apathy, grief, fear, lust, anger, and pride and easily move up the scale of emotions to the healthy supportive emotions and feelings that can help you like: Courageousness, Acceptance and Peace. It’s difficult to hang out longer than necessary in the lower emotions without penalty.  Post traumatic stress and higher increasing cortisol levels, (cortisol is considered the death hormone) in the blood can cause untold harm.  That will not improve your situations. You’ll only have to fix it later on, and it may take longer to get rid of all that the negativity has brought you; if you let it linger.  Instead you are feeding fuel to the already unpleasant fire.  None of us gets out of this world alive.  So we might as well enjoy the ride as much as possible and make the best of it.   A wonderful Bach Flower

So are you going to love and approve of yourself or are you going to beat yourself up?  Does beating yourself up ever solve anything?  It makes you feel worse. There is always a cause and an affect. What’s done is done, (spilled milk) as the expression goes.  You can’t change what has happened.  But you can change how you will move on.  One step at a time will just do fine, and get you there. It’s the little things that count.

The Masters know that in that place called pride we hide away what looks fine on the surface.  Pride covers many areas.  I’ll name a few and see if any apply.  I would like to say here that responsibility for your life does not imply blame.  Blame is a shame and there is no shame in being as responsible as possible for your own life situations.  We do the best we can…and non-judging of yourself is the key. Only you can judge yourself.  Be kind to yourself, stop dis-approving of yourself, or your situations.  Allowing help or support puts you in charge.  To me, the word “Allowing” is one of the most important words for the 21st Century.  Not allowing is just as important too.  Allowing has a great deal of strength in it.

No matter how much disapproval energy you have received in your life, or how much disapproving of yourself you have done, there is always a new day and a different view or approach if you choose.  Why not choose what will help you be all that you desire to become, and in helping yourself you will give be a strength to others as well.  We are not Islands unto ourselves.  We learn and grow from others and the situations they bring to us in our lives. We may not be able to bring back loves lost or passed on, but we can hold the good and the memories and feel enriched for the gift of having that person in our lives.  Celebrate in your own way the good, wherever you find it, and whoever brings it to you…a child, a quote, a flower, a pet, a check, a word of love or appreciation.  The gift is you…you are the present to yourself.  Be alive, Be here, Be now, and Be present!

I am available here at this website www.LindaCrane.com to help you in any way.  There are many choices and ways available to assist you.  You just have to contact me.

Blessings,

Linda Crane
