Heart VS. The Mind

struggle photoIn all battles in situations regarding the heart vs. the mind, go with your heart! The heart doesn’t lower itself to the contradictory, noisy, chatty thoughts of the mind.  The heart just waits silently, quietly prompting us to take the high road in making life decisions. Many times our mind is so loudly complaining that we don’t even know that our heart is voicing to us as well.

It’s much easier for your mind to catch up with your heart, than for your heart to catch up with your mind. It’s our mind that wants to get even. It’s our mind that gets hurt. It’s our mind that sends us out in many directions to try to get the right answer.  When in reality its the heart within us that does have the answers. But our minds don’t always like or want the answers the heart is giving us. So we dance… until one day we are ready to really allow ourselves to face what is going on. Waking up to what’s personally going on that’s called responsibility, and that’s when we take charge of our lives again.

I hope you are doing great. I’m working on many projects. I feel it’s time for changes and renovations.   I feel that in all battles of the heart, the mind seems to speak out to us the loudest.  Yet when one goes with what the heart is feeling/expressing, verses what the mind is controlling one to do…making our final decision from that heart base of the matter, is a much better course of action in the long run.

Change is inevitable in this life. It’s a constant here on the Earth plane. It’s easier to go with the flow of life.  It’s the ego which sends us swimming upstream, which can make us very tired.

We get opportunities every day to clear the problems and toxic emotions in our life’s of course. Doesn’t it feel these days like many things are coming out to the surface at the same time?

From this point of view it seems imperative we awaken and stay more conscious and present. We need to remember that our subconscious mind memory keeps re-playing these patterns and stories. We have the power to transform our lives and set ourselves free from these grooves we keep repeating; if we take 100% responsibility for what is happening in our lives. In doing so we return power to ourselves to take charge of our lives in positive supportive directions.

We have free will, so we can also choose to keep suffering, complaining, blaming, seeing ourselves as a victim, etc. If that behavior makes sense to you, keep on doing it. Worst case scenario, you will have to repeat the same patterns.  You have to come back, undo and bring problems back to balance.

Please, remember that you chose to come to this Earth plane, and before coming here, you chose your obstacle course to work out and the “difficult people” in your life, because those things would give you the opportunity to correct unresolved errors, to grow, to learn, evolve and transcend.

You also chose the most difficult school in the Universe (Earth). You made it, you had the privilege to have been chosen, and your teachers are constantly appearing in your life (your children, your boss, your mother in law…) But, now you are complaining?

You can find enjoyment and get everything you need while you do your job (erasing subconscious problems) to get to the next level. It’s your time now to re-member!

Now I am here to remind you and show you to keep alert to these inner callings to change. It can be easier than what you have been encountering. The way to start this change is to allow your mind to quiet.  Meditate, close your eyes, and be aware of  your breath going in and out.  In quieting the mind  you can get in touch with ‘Your True Self- Pure Consciousness’. From there changes occur and blessings flow into your life.

When our Heart, Mind and Spirit are in alignment without resistance…that’s when we achieve balance.

Easy Tips For Physical And Mental De-Stress

Stop “trying” to eat healthfully START doing it 100%.  Why? because “trying” to do something can be stressful.  Feeling good and healthy is a large part of  “Living The Good Life”.  We learn about this when we aren’t feeling well.  Not eating well causes us to struggle mentally and physically. Eventually we will have to get more creative to regain what we may lose from less healthy habits. This can cause that emotional roller-coaster which produces fatigue and feeling drained from those highs and low’s. By choosing more healthy foods to keep your life on a better even track,  you can meet challenges in your daily life more “easily and stress free” to accomplish your goals.  Less stress and more peaceful living is of great value for experiencing more happiness each day.

“Easy Tips” for Physical and Mental De-Stress Each Day.

On the physical health side: It’s known that we are products of our environment, our thoughts and our habits.  “Think a thought, sow an act…Sow an act, reap the habit,…Sow the habit, reap the character,… Sow the character, reap the destiny.” (Ralph Waldo Emerson)

I like Dr. Joel Fuhrman M.D. and agree with what he says about eating nutritiously for health:

“This will take strength and effort, but the pleasure and rewards will be priceless”!

1.  “Go Cruciferous“!   Cruciferous vegetables are your best defense for fighting cancer!                     Examples: broccoli, cauliflower, kale, brussel sprouts, cabbage, bok choy, arugula, collard greens, daikon, mustard greens, kohlrabi, radishes, rutabaga, turnips, watercress.

2.  Salad is the main dish – and the secret to successful weight control and a long healthy life.

3.  Low-nutrient foods fuel overeating behavior – “Flood Your Cells With Nutrients”!

For Mental De-Stressing:

Take a “5 Minute Fix of silence and quiet” to enhance your mental focus and happiness. Give your brain a chance to be off duty…by inviting more quiet into your busy life. This will assist you in being more productive while making healthier decisions.

If you lose those moments to de-stress then you also lose the chance to process and integrate things you have learned… heard… and done.  Helpful ideas show up when you turn off the noise.  Many people get good insights when taking a bath or while taking a shower without any distractions.

You’ll discover as I did that without distractions; you will have more space to think, relax, brainstorm, and enhance your ability to move toward achieving those things that make you feel happy.

The Following Points Are Helpful For Me:

1. Turn down the volume and stop living with chronic noise.

These are some small changes that give my brain the opportunity to focus and reflect, so I can make healthier decisions. When we turn down the volume we can tune into another person and experience a connection in a relationship that we can’t get from a life awash with noise, chatter, and distractions.

2. Take regular breaks from social media just 5 minutes at a time helps to allow more quiet time into my life. This helps me to be calmer and more energetic.

Constant noise around us adds to the rise of blood pressure and it affects how well we remember things too.  Studies on quiet and the brain show that in a noisy environment (ex: a crowded restaurant) affect short term memory in that it becomes overloaded, because the brain circuitry that processes recall and speech is the same one that handles noise.  Ever notice that when you are driving and you become lost you’re likely to turn down the volume on the radio?  That’s because when it’s noisy in your environment it’s tougher to concentrate and find your way.  It works the same way for trying to find your way in life…when there are too many distractions it’s harder to focus, plan properly, and delays occur for coming up with the right solutions.

If you are usually distracted by TV, background noise, or a vibrating cell phone, you miss out on your brain being off duty.  Usually when my brain is quiet I come up with those great hunches. When your brain is constantly going it is much harder to process what you have learned,  you are less attentive to what you have heard, what you have done, and your recall is not as sharp.

3. When less distracted and less stressed you’re more likely to keep up positive habits.  Here are a few ways to invest in calmness:

When you are first driving out in your car wait 5 minutes before turning on the radio.

Instead of flipping on the TV right away you can choose what to read by getting your news on line.  It’s better than being forced to process all the days distressing range of stories to watch and fear.

The following has never failed me for decades.  This is my knowing that has become my personal program so I don’t have to tune into the media hype all the time.  You may want to try my approach.  Be positive and consistent with this for it to work for you as well.

I just know and believe,  that I will find out everything I need to know… at just the right time I need to know it…and will be able to do whatever I have to do… with plenty of time to do it.

4.  Set Boundaries for yourself.  Example: Refrain from checking your phone during meals.  You’ll digest your food much better.  Without constant threats of interruptions your more inclined to do something productive for your brain like daydream to invent design your present and future. 

5. Meditate which is about quieting the mind and helps you to get inspired.  In order to have new fresh ideas come to you…give your mind calm quiet moments.  Take deep…relaxing…slow…belly breathes in through your nose…and out through your mouth…to experience calmness, and feel more centered. This will enhance your health and focus.

And when you are eating foods packed with nutrients, and include the mental habits to achieve happiness and calm; you’ll become more inspired and productive. Your brain will love it too.

Life’s small moments can only add up to something more meaningful when you give yourself the chance to reflect on them!

Mercury In Retrograde

Hmmmmm.  I know you think you understand what you thought I said, but I’m not sure that what you heard is what I actually meant! This statement is a perfect example of what happens when Mercury, the planet that rules communication, is in retrograde. Some of you who are familiar with Mercury Retrograde may be saying what in the world is going on.  What’s happening to me? But Mercury Retrograde just might be your blessing in disguise.

You may ask: What does it have to do with me? How does Mercury in Retrograde play any role and have any impact in my life?

There are ways you can work to your advantage when Mercury is Retrograde.  I would like to give you some inside information that I use; and suggestions on how to do the best with what you have; when life does the unexpected, and at what you might consider really bad timing.

Is there any extra confusion going on lately?  Any mishaps, car problems, mis-understandings, communication fumbles, appointment changes, travel delays, mix ups, or breakdowns with anything?

If the above statement sounds familiar it’s doubled when the planet Mercury; which rules communication appears to be slowing down its orbit.  This is referred to as Mercury Retrograde.  3-4 times a year is the usual visit of Mercury Retrograde, which lingers for approximately 3 weeks at a time when this occurs. 

 

Here are the dates of Mercury Retrograde in 2013:

February 23, 3013 – March 17, 2013

June 26, 2013 – July 19, 2013

October 21, 2013 – November 10, 2013

Mercury retrograde periods can really be exhausting. Everything can wear us out. Chores that should take minutes take hours instead. Missed appointments and deadline changes occur. Communications that should be easy turn into convoluted exercises in phone tag, misunderstandings, and hard feelings. Ordinary everyday travel gets tangled up in delays, missed, travel plans, confusion, directions get mixed up, traffic jams, car problems and/or accidents occur, and computer or other technology devices have unexpected glitches or crashes. Even if you are on target you still are dealing with people that may not have this insight, and from that perspective things can also affect you and go wrong or sideways. We all have the timing of Mercury to contend with.

Since each Mercury retrograde period lasts about three weeks, the extra effort involved can take an enormous toll. It’s easy to feel drained, tired, stressed out, and completely fatigued mentally, emotionally, and physically when you are unaware of what is upon you.  If you aren’t careful, you can get sick, or even worse, you can become accident-prone and suffer debilitating injuries. Car accidents occur more during these times. Mercury rules cars and all technology. Mercury Retrograde can amount to what feels like “Frustration City”

But even if you don’t suffer physically, you may still confront a major problem–and you just don’t have the energy you need to get everything accomplished. You may not even feel as though you have the will to try.

Vince Lombardi said: “Fatigue makes cowards of us all.”

For the reasons stated this is why it’s so important to have a proactive strategy of re-energizing whenever Mercury is retrograde.

You can do all the things that help you keep your energy and attentiveness high–giving yourself time for recreational activities that reduce your stress levels.  It’s a time to have more fun. You can put together a better eating and exercise plan, and it’s a good time to work on reducing weight. It’s a good policy to make sure that your schedule includes time for power naps and meditation, and taking a break whenever the circumstances get too overwhelming.

This is especially vital if we’re involved in managing a business, if your livelihood depends on making clear and resourceful decisions of any variety. We can consider a re-energizing strategy ahead of time. Check and re-check during Mercury Retrograde.

So what is Mercury Retrograde good for; when it feels like that uninvited, unwanted, house guest that stays for 3 weeks or more at a time? 

Does Mercury Retrograde come with any benefits?  Does it bestow on you any gifts when it visits you 3-4 times a year?  You may feel lucky in 2013; you will only have Mercury Retrograde visit 3 times.

You can take extra steps to build up your energy reserves if you know when this timing of Retrograde Mercury is approaching, and ‘decide to be and feel more in peace’ when Mercury reverses its direction.

It’s going to happen so you might as well laugh and know not to take it personally, because you can’t control everyone or everything around you.  Most people don’t even know there are such events called Mercury Retrograde. They may not care, or comment so what, but be sure it affects us all on some level whether we acknowledge it or not; while we are still attached to this material world.

For me watching events take place over the course of more than 20 years as an astrologer, I’ve developed a good sense of humor.  As I see things mis-fire, mis-align, disconnect or change my life; I actually smile and more than not laugh, and say, “this is Mercury Retrograde doing its thing”. I don’t take it all on me too personally.  I become more objective and fix what I can. With the rest of the jumble; I include my guidance system to work with me on a deeper level for me to make the best decisions possible.

You can get some extra rest, make sure you are physically taking care of yourself.  You can make that health care professional appointment you have been putting off.  You can organize your schedules to accommodate delays that you’re likely to encounter. You can allow yourself to not feel so deflated or upset when plans go astray.  ‘I always sit quietly and get to a place within me that feels calm, and be still, and enjoy myself as much as I can.  And I acknowledge and become more aware of what is going on around me with the people I am interacting with. I attempt to be really clear on what I say to anyone, (as long as they give me time to finish what I have to say). And if I feel it necessary; I ask them to repeat it so I get the conversation straight with them.  Or I’ll say, “let me repeat what you have just told me so I know I’ve got it right.” Mercury retrograde is a great time to do any type of research. It’s meant to be an internal processing time for everyone (that’s why meditating or any internal personal work or therapy is so good during these times) so that when Mercury moves forward you’ll have your plans put together in a better order that will serve you. A new and better direction may come out of it. I know that I can just take things so far and then I have to wait.  Mercury Retrograde does have that flavor of a lesson in patience’.

When you use your astrological knowledge intelligently in this way, you can avoid feeling a victim of Mercury Retrograde. One the positive side, it is a time when you can complete something that you have not been able to finish up before.  Or a long awaited event finally comes to fruition. Or all the pieces to a puzzling situation are uncovered.

Instead, you can use Mercury retrograde periods to get more accomplished than you ever imagined possible when you move in the positive direction that Mercury is leading you towards. So it is good advice to go with the flow of what it is teaching you, and how it is mentoring you.

It is a time of introspection so that you can evaluate and reason if the plans you have made are really on track for you.  As you rush around in your very busy life you can get use to being in the motion of doing things without really knowing why you are doing them.  You can get caught up in the frenzy of too much energy in motion, and often it can become misdirected.

You may not be thinking correctly, so the planet that rules your thinking, “Mercury” governs what you are thinking on any matter; and therefore the actions that come from these thoughts may easily get you into a mess.  So Mercury Retrograde comes to your rescue to help you think more consciously and clearly.

Mercury Retrograde will help you to see if these five (5) key steps to transformation are on track for you:

  1. A decision. You “command” transformation by choosing it. Your conscious intent to go in a new direction redirects your life flow and aims you where you want to go. It all begins here.
  2. A plan. You can direct the energy of circumstances when you are prepared for them, and deflect your stress. Having information on what to do, how and when, will guide you down the path to transformation.
  3. A vision. A clear picture of the end result you want will help you attract it into your life. A great way to accelerate that transformation is to step into the end vision and live from it right now, today.
  4. A why. The more reasons you have for wanting transformation, the better and faster will be the results.
  5. A support team. When someone believes in you, odds are you will boost your own opinion of yourself. When you are in a group of people who want your transformation as much if not more than you do, you will go in the direction of speedy transformation.
  • Mercury Retrograde is like a support team for you. It holds you in place before it goes in its direct motion, to see if the plans you are making are on target for your success in all areas of your life.  If some of the plans don’t feel right; this is a great time to adjust your thinking or doing in such a fashion so that your plans really become an asset to you.

From my own life happenings; my plans were altered as I planned to get this blog out to you when Mercury Retrograde had begun.  I didn’t consciously understand my delay.  Now while looking back on it; I see that Mercury really did give me first hand experiences of my own to share with you and make this a more insightful blog of my own journey. When Mercury is retrograde, it’s not unusual to see our best-laid plans come to a screeching halt.

Whatever you happen to have on the agenda, it suddenly needs to be set aside so we can tend to other more pressing matters.

This happened to me when Mercury first went into Retrograde. I had to deal with an unexpected car repair in addition to, anti-virus software that got stuck in a loop, a family members misunderstanding, (and I chose not to be a part of their drama, and let the situation chill for while, and I know it will work out). I also experienced project delays. I had to get a refund on a large purchase I made for my business (I made this purchase, the week prior to Mercury going Retrograde). I realized in going over this program, and having the good fortune of a chance conversation with someone about this program I was going to purchase, that the program was not going to benefit me for what I really wanted to accomplish. I was able to get a refund right away. That was a blessing. (If I didn’t know any better I could have really gotten down on myself).

Instead I called upon gratitude, humbleness, and Grace to see me through.  What I’ve been doing is healing work on myself and others each day. I go into prayer and meditate, and ask guidance, what is my next best way to proceed? Sometimes my answers are to just stay calm, peaceful, and hold off for awhile longer.

Can I say the problems I’ve encountered have been all cleared up since the beginning of this Mercury Retrograde period?  No….but Mercury Retrograde isn’t finished yet, and what I have been doing is looking for solutions, and I’m certainly getting more information on what needs to be done, and it is redirecting me to look into different areas where I did not think I would have wanted previously before this Retrograde.

I’m being open and aware to circumstances around me, and using my insight, intuition to follow me through to my next steps.  Hey, it’s a journey.  Might as well be up for an adventure while Mercury Retrograde is visiting.  The one thing I’m not doing is getting upset or losing my center.  I also make the decision as I’m moving ahead that I allow the Universe/God to be my partner along my path.  I let go and let God be the best part of this redirecting time through me.  You may like to try this as well.  Only one thing…know that you can’t push the river.  Be alert to clues as how you are to proceed and let the Universe/God steer you with your intuitive hunches that make you feel inspired as you move ahead.  That’s partnership!

Have the feeling/knowing that you are getting the correct information for you at this time.  Trust Yourself/Trust the Universe/God.  (After all the planet Mercury is part of the Universe). Use your energy in positive ways: to sense, or feel, see, hear, or know, in whatever way you get your hunches, which is your intuitive FYI; that you are open and receptive to better help and support to get you not only through it, but also past any difficulties you are encountering.

Many times what comes out of Mercury Retrogrades is what you never expected.  Are you an adventurer? ‘I believe we all are’.  Even if you say no to this question, I bet you have been an adventurer at some point in your life, in some way, because living on planet earth does require it.

Mercury Retrograde is asking you to be your essential real self when it comes around.  Go back to what is really important and real for you.  You can get great realizations on all levels of your life to move you forward in a better more solid direction, by the time Mercury Retrograde is completed. You can go through this timing and reap its benefits and come out with a much brighter GREEN LIGHT to go forward with any plans.

You get to see what was missing. You get to find new information you didn’t have prior to this visit of Mercury Retrograde. You can direct your course of action better, because you find out that you didn’t have everything in proper order or perspective to begin with; and now your much better prepared to get better results.  You may fine tune your proposals, something new that you haven’t seen or known prior to this timing. And now it may become available to you. This missing piece makes itself more clear to you, and you fill in that part.  It’s a time to meditate.

Mercury Retrograde was built into the system of your life so you would have checks and balances for your plans and re-direct yourself in more positive ways.

When you keep goin’ and goin’ you just don’t stop to look at what you are doing.  So Mercury Retrograde pulls you inward to take a look at yourself and what you are doing.  It’s really a blessing in disguise.  Yes, it does entail work, but isn’t that what you do each day?  You might as well do it more to your advantage and more efficiently to your benefit.

So when Mercury Retrograde comes around it appears to put on the brakes and screw everything up. Since Mercury rules the mind your thinking may be off track; so when it comes around it gives you that jolt, or it gives a jolt to someone else in your life around you that can bring havoc into your life.  View it as: Is there a lesson in here for me?  Be open with yourself and ask what really counts here? What really matters?

  • Sometimes Retrograde Mercury shows up as this is just what is! And then just accept what is. And now is really the time to face it. There may be nothing to fix, only something to experience that may enhance your spiritual growth and understanding. You may want to fix everything but you can’t make it perfect for someone else.

Mercury rules the mind, so you may be asked to change long held ideas and/or beliefs that no longer serve you, maybe a thought, a condition, or a habit which will change your destiny. You have to be willing to do that, because (Mercury doesn’t give up). Three 3-4 times a year it keeps coming back.  Did you ever have your mind give up??? Through mind/ego you can get stuck. Is it necessary to control everything to work out just as you feel it has to be to feel comfortable or safe? Could your life or the situation get any better?  Could you let go and find out? Since Mercury governs all forms of communication you may have to be more tolerant with yourself, other people, and your plans, and also to be ready to fix what isn’t working.

The maintenance of chores associated with these events can chew up most of what you had originally planned. It can be an inconvenient nuisance to say the least, but it does give you an occasion to think about one of the practical strategies for dealing with Mercury Retrograde periods.  I had to revise my priority list and spend a little time reviewing my goals and plans.  In other words, Mercury Retrograde pushed me into taking time to Refocus and Regroup.

Applying this strategy is a fairly straightforward process. But the way you get there may take some twists and turns you weren’t expecting.  Changes done from the perspective of guidance and inner focus can get you the bull’s eye on target. You’ll be happier and life will work out smoother.

Her are some questions you can ask yourself:

  1. Are your plans congruent with what you want to accomplish in the long run? If not, what changes do you need to make?
  2. What are you willing to do to get the results you really want?
  3. What can you do to make the process easier, more effective, and more enjoyable?
  4. For that matter, what about your long-range goals themselves?
  5. If you have created goals in the past, are they still appropriate? Do they still represent what you really want to accomplish?

The power of inner focus can move mountains, taking us to levels of achievement that you may never have dreamed possible. But if you are focusing on the wrong thing, or if you are heading in the wrong direction, it’s critically important to refocus, regroup, and change your course.

The Bach flower Remedies at anytime, and especially during Mercury Retrograde go hand in hand very well. I find these Flower Essences to be very helpful in this regard. It’s much better to plan proactively whenever Mercury goes retrograde.  In doing so you will be taking steps ahead of time to get the best results with the least amount of stress. But if you don’t do that, as I was reminded when Mercury Retrograde began, Mercury’s job will definitely make itself known on your adventure in life to keep you on track. Healing Therapy

“Would you like to experience a spiritual visualization meditation”?  If so, then the following process is a good form of healing therapy. There is no cost or prescription required.  And it may help you to align with your life purpose.

As you attune within, and indulge yourself often into this vortex of creation, clearing, and plenty, its healing therapy, and vibratory frequency will shift you into a positive direction and raise your level of consciousness.

To familiarize yourself with each point of this energizing meditation; it’s best to go through the entire post before beginning. 

We can get out of balance so easily each day. In this meditation you will become acquainted with a large 6 pointed star that generates an extremely, intense bright blue/white Light. It is intense in vibrant color, but not in heat. In fact, it’s very comfortable and inviting to be in its presence. The creation meditation that you are about to explore is an easy, fast, and potent process for realigning positive experiences back into your life! And this happens naturally as you work with this healing therapy.  As you continue doing this fresh, invigorating, clearing process, this vortex of creative plenty will continue to be a blessing in your life.

It’s recommended that you allow yourself a few minutes for each part of this clearing meditation.  To see results; it’s best to be in a quiet place where you feel comfortable without distractions, in a comfy chair, or propped up on your bed, so not to fall asleep. Your intention is to stay awake, be accepting, and to do the meditation for 5-10 minutes. That’s all that is required.

FYI: Power is built up doing the visualization over days. My suggestion, and what has worked for others, is that you give it your good try for at least 9 days. Why 9 days?  The number 9 holds within it the vibrations of accessing information and wisdom, through to completion, from meditation, going within, and receiving guidance towards your desires and goals.

A by product of doing this meditation for some people has been a diminishing feeling of impatience as a result of doing this process. There’s no time limit on how long you can work with this visualization meditation. In a month you could have a new dynamic set in your life.  The sales advertisement jingle for winning the lottery comes to mind.  It states the phrase, “you have to be in it to win it”.  The same holds true about receiving results from this meditation.  It’s your choice to put some energy into doing the process.

Note: Respect yourself by not doing this visualization while working, driving, reading, watching t.v., or playing heavy loud music. No subliminal music during the meditation please. None of these is beneficial for your outcomes while in this visualization process. In some cases soft instrumental background music is acceptable, if necessary.  Sacred energies do best on your behalf, when you give them your attention.

Healing Therapy Meditation

Let’s begin by reading on, and stating to yourself or out loud: ‘I am now ready to receive a divine clearing of energetic transformation on every level of my being. I ask that this healing be for me, that I am safe, and this is for my high good. May I live my divine purpose.  And So It Is’!

You begin this meditation by engaging your senses that are just right for you: by imagining, visualizing, sensing, feeling, or just allowing yourself to know, that a bright, large, 6 pointed star is spinning at the top of your head.  This star is now becoming a vortex of a very bright bluish/white Light. This vortex spins in just the perfect direction for your particular needs after it enters through the top of your head and then through your energy systems.  You may notice that this vortex may change direction after awhile from that point, as it moves through your energy fields. Sometimes it spins in a circular motion to the left and somethings is spins to the right.

Imagine that this great power of Light is in the shape of a vacuum funnel moving in a counter clockwise direction down through the top of your head and travels into every cell, tissue, muscle, organ, sinew, and space within your entire body.  As you allow this Light in,  it becomes part of your being as it merges with you in this clearing spiritual meditation.

Now start to become aware of a spiraling dazzling blue/white Light vortex of energy that is moving slowly through your mind. It’s presence is extremely comfortable, potent and nurturing, and it surrounds you.  Allow this moment to be just for you. It’s simple, and without any rushing….just be there in the embrace of this beautiful Light.

As this spiraling vortex energy of love completely engulfs you for a few moments with it’s healing essence, the Light gracefully moves through your emotions, bringing with it calmness and peace; while at the same time it releases your stress and pent up emotions.

Now just bathe in that lush, soft, and potent energy vortex.  It feel so freeing. It feels so good. You may feel as if it’s almost too good to move on from this abundant, powerful, gentle, and healthy place. So stay a while longer if you wish! 

This energy vortex will know just the right moment to move forward into its next destination; which is, whatever area in your life that you are experiencing problems right now. You don’t have to know all the details. Allow it to help you.  This is your time…so rest into this loving healing therapy.

This energy vortex of sparkling blue/white Light is all wise and it knows how to assist you.  Imagine that your blue/white Light is very perceptive and has the answers for your next steps, the next directions for you to make progress in your life. This blue/white Light carries foresight and wisdom.  It is your guiding energy for whenever you call it forth, and just relax in it, to help you with its gifts. 

This Light encompasses all healing vibrations of just the perfect energies that you require.

Welcome forth the strength of this healing energy now, in the same way you would ‘welcome your favorite celebrity’!

Invite it to now move through your energy field, to move freely around your physical body, releasing, dissolving, and clearing up all that has been negatively affecting you. This tremendous vibration of energy has your best interests in mind and heart. It’s purpose is to unleash and bring forth your good will and blessings.

The “powerful star vortex” has a stillness and calmness about it that is all its own. It absorbs and cleans like a vacuum for you; as it now pulls out, and dissolves the mental, emotional, and/or physical pain you have encountered.  It dissolves tension, frustration, and problems from the lower negative vibrational frequencies that have been held within and around you.

Now visualize, or meditate by seeing, knowing, and feeling that the debris in your mind/body and life are now being ‘loosened and swept up’ through this vortex vacuum, (its energy has a similar look of a funnel tornado), sucking up into the vortex your negative, unwanted energies into the clearing blue/white Light. Yes!!!  It feels really good to now bloom, expand, and breathe!

Your work is to enjoy “relax and let go“ into this blue/white vortex of Light. State to yourself that you request these spiritual healing energies, and that you are accepting the positive good that is working through you now. Take a few minutes to enjoy this experience! 

Receive the Grace, and Love that you have activated from these higher frequencies of Divine Abundance, Well-Being, Truth, Trust, and Peace stirring now within you.  Sense your feelings!

You will know when this vacuum of blue/white Light has finished its clearing for you. Trust this process as it moves through you. You may feel lighter, like a weight has lifted from you, or you can have a multitude of different experiences unique to only you through this clearing.

Before this meditation comes to its close; imagine that these plentiful good energies from within you, are being shared, and absorbed, down into the Earth from the soles of your feet. This assists you in grounding yourself back with Mother Earth.

Upon completion of this meditation, you will have the impression or idea that this clearing process is completed for the day. Now take a few moments to slowly bring your attention back into your space and body.  It’s important to take a few steps, and walk about after this experience to center yourself. Stretch and move your body. It’s a good ideas to take notes afterwards on how you felt and what you experienced. Each time you do this meditation you may receive a bunch of different information.  Taking some notes is helpful to recall your journey. It’s interesting what you may find. Enjoy your day!

Life does not have to become continually difficult. The meditation is simple and straight forward.  This clearing beautiful blue/white star vortex of Light, holds the qualities of truth, and freedom that comes forth from the Divine Creator/God.  It will instill within yourself, a higher vibrational healing frequency.  This will assist you in eliminating health issues. This is a healthy adjunct while working with your physician.

We all have the power to open, deepen, and sharpen, our unique inherent abilities to work within us for self empowerment, and to get assistance when needed. As a race of humans beings we experience greater awareness to enhance our potential. We are more in touch with our abilities to open and access more advanced energy frequencies then in our past history to transform our dross into light.

By absorbing, and allowing the vibrational essence of this 6 pointed star vortex of blue/white Light energies into your being; it equates to giving a gift to yourself.  This generous, loving, warm, caring, healing vibration will clear away, and depart from your energetic system; the self sabotage, and outworn patterns of behavior.

These fabulous energies for healing good, allows you to step forward to greater tangible awareness for your life’s vision. (This is about that vision you were not able to make tangible before).

Repressive energies occurred because of feeling stuck, a lack of your heart being opened to the proper degree, lack of acceptance of yourself completely, lack of awareness, requiring better understanding, judgmental attitudes, and lack of self-forgiveness of what has been present.

The lack that plagues your life can be better understood by its characteristics likened to that of dark thick grime on windows. That film is the toxic energies, of worry, doubt, fear, anger, jealousy, guilt, blame, pride, grief, and lack of confidence and self trust.

This visualization clearing will enhance greater harmony into your life.  Once you have your vision, a blueprint in place, you can begin to bring your abilities forward and the pieces will form into your life much easier. Everything moves forward from one small step at a time.

The 6 pointed star meditation, is a “sacred spiritual tool” that I experienced while being inspired and guided from the Divine Creator. With every new journey you are always given the means to meet and prosper from the challenges. Particularly now with the financial, economic, environmental, and political shifts happening in our world, as well as, those  shifts within your personal world; you are to claim your heritage of happiness and abundance.

There has now come into this earth plane a new evolutionary cycle that began on December 21, 2012. Now it has taken hold and is underway in 2013. Your growth, our Country’s growth, and planet Earth’s evolutionary development has new choices before us. Do you like the choices that are before you?  If not, this healing therapy will assist you to change them.
