All appointments are to be paid in advance of the session.
All cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before the start of the consulting session. Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail (linda@lindacrane.com). No refunds will be made for requests received after that time, emergencies excepted. In cases of emergency you may re-schedule without penalty of payment.
Refunds will be issued in the same form that payment was made., and are subject to a $25.00 or 6% cancellation fee, whichever is higher. Please allow two weeks for processing.
