The Secret Aromatherapy Oils used to Dispel a Generational Curse

December 5, 2011 by Linda Crane Leave a Comment

darkness dispersingOne of our five senses, the sense of smell, Aromatherapy, is amazingly helpful as part of our total healing from generational curses, and from the heavy emotional and physical burdens they produce throughout one’s life. The quality of your life is essential. Healing is a very personal thing. It happens when you’re not watching.  It happens in the silence. and others can see the affects of what happens to you, through changes you make with your thinking mind, and in your body. Life is a decision and you can change your circumstances even if they have been the same for a long time. I would like to share with you information for assisting you with changes that are necessary to clear generational curses. I don’t believe in coincidences. If you are reading this article the time is now to make connections that can experience your life to the blessing as it was intended.

All these negative emotions and feelings really are looking for a way out to leave the mind and body; if we will allow them to  release and let go. Sometimes it’s just a decision to knowing what’s available and how to start the process.  Your feelings tell you much more than your logical thinking can about what is going on at a deeper level in your life.  And that is what we want to get to when we talk about health and healing with any kind of internal work that’s going to change the dynamics of your life. Our humanness wants a holistic approach to take into consideration all the parts of one’s self to be healed, and that includes the five senses and getting in touch with the sixth sense of intuition as well. And here’s a secret: everyone is intuitive!  Intuition plays  a very important role in this twenty first century to understand one’s unseen world which makes things meaningful.  Life is about how deeply “aware” you become to make a difference in the quality of your life.

An Aromatherapy therapeutic essential oil is the life force of a plant, it’s essence, it’s vitality, it’s natural inherent aliveness, and from it’s state of wholeness it can be beneficial to correct problems at the core levels of your being.  I recommend only the purest therapeutic essential oils available for potent changes to occur in healing.  When we are talking about things that could really make a difference, we want to know about that part in the brain that is about smell, that sensing, those emotions that come from the scent of smell.  And that is known in the body as the “Olfactory System”.  It’s important because it is the body’s system of smell. The olfactory system is just as efficient as any of the other five senses. Tiny molecules of aroma are inhaled by the nose and trapped in the nose by hair-like nerve endings that pass the aroma on to receptors, that carry the molecules to the place called the olfactory bud. From the olfactory bud the aroma molecules are transported to the limbic system in the brain. It’s a little like an assembly line or relay race of how this goes and works in the brain.

The amygdala is a part of the brain that plays a very important role in storing emotional trauma, and that odor or smell, triggers a profound effect from that gland. Dr. LeDoux, New York City Medical University, says, that odor can help release stored emotional trauma.  The olfactory nerves react as other nerves in the body do, by responding to electrical signals and impulses, and then dispatching information to the rest of the body. The body beautiful is truly amazing in how it works and develops, so it’s important to work with it and work with our feelings.  This is how and why some essential oils can produce increased antibody production as well as endorphins, which makes us really feel good.

Health is about living in a state of optimal physical, mental and social well being, and not merely the absence of disease.  Here are some therapeutic essential oils that can help you with problems caused by generational curses.  Curses can produce a wide range of problems from one generation to another. Some examples are created through structural body stresses, chemical dependencies, abusive behaviors, depression, fear, anger, mental, emotional, thermal, environmental, nutritional and financial mis-fortunes.

Curses are very much alive today as they were in ancient times.  Today we are not living in ancient times, but the same problems perhaps in a different form, in a different style, in a different package, in a different look, still has remained throughout history.  The times may have changed but our life history has held fairly constant.  Here are some examples of therapeutic essential oils that can be useful with generational curses.

I would like to center in on the Essential Therapeutic Oils that have helped so many of my clients.  One of the oils to help enhance deep sleep and stimulating the release of melatonin is Sandalwood.  When we calm our mind we can see what needs to be done.  Sandalwood can help in any fight or flight situation. It was applied to the eyebrow area, in the middle of the eyebrows.  It can help with vision, internal seeing.  Healing is an inside job, it begins inwardly and extends outwards into your world.  Sandalwood was also known as Album oil in ancient times, and it helped with the mind/body connections we hear about today.

Cedarwood oil was used as a cleansing property in ancient times. It was used in the cleansing of lepers, in the ritual cleansing after touching a dead body, or anything else that was considered unclean.  It was used for ritual cleansing from evil spirits. Today talk regarding energy vibrations and negative energies is quiet common. Cedarwood is very high in sesquiterpenes and this is the substance which helps to deprogram mis-information and bring oxygen to the cellular level.  It helps to enhance deep sleep and emotional releases and to promote mental clarity.

Cypress oil also helps in reprogramming cellular memory. The Cypress tree is a gorgeous tree.  It promotes feelings of security and grounding for both men and women.  It helps support women with menstration and menopause.  A monoterpene is in this Oil that helps reprogram cellular memory with correct information to promote healing at the cellular level. Everything happens at the cellular level. In my ‘Breaking The Family Curse DVD’, I talk about how we can work at reprogramming and releasing cellular memories.  Did you know that all the cells in all parts of your body think? It’s not just the brain that thinks, it’s every cell in the body.  Healing can occur because every cell in the body can have a new program, a new way of looking at things, as we intend for them, and as we program and imagine ourselves to be. Cypress is very helpful to the circulatory system because it assists in moving stagnant matter.  When you are stuck, or feel you have a curse or when you feel you have been held back for any reason, you have this stuck energy, and you are best served by releasing this negative energy and clear away the energy debris on an inside level. Our ancient ancestors knew the power of essential therapeutic oils.

Frankincense was used to treat every conceivable ill known to man.  It was known as the healer of all ills. Frankincense was always considered the holy anointing oil.  In religious ceremonies there is a lot of frankincense that is used.  You may recall that aroma from the smell in churches.  Frankincense also has a monoterpene that reprograms cellular memory, which helps promote permanent healing.  It helps maintain normal cellular regeneration.

Hyssop oil was known as the protective herb of the Heavens.  Hyssop oil in ancient times was used for spiritually cleaning things and assisted in focusing the mind in meditation and purification from what is called in the Bible, sin. In modern day sin could be thought of as error.  The word error is connected to sin. Hyssop was used for addictions and destructive habits.  Hyssop was noted as the repeller of evil spirits.  It was used during Passover and the Israelites draped the posts and lentils of their doorways with a branch of hyssop, releasing its aromatic oils, the aroma of the oils, along with the lamb’s blood, was protection from the Death Angel.  The Angel of Death would pass over their home and the people would be saved. Today many people suffer from depression and financial problems.  TIPS: Add several drops of hyssop oil to a glass spray bottle to clear a room of charged emotions or depression. Add 5-10 drops of Hyssop oil to bath water for nervous exhaustion, melancholy, or grief.  Hyssop oil used with hot compresses was useful for rheumatism.

During Jesus’ last moments on the Cross, he was offered a sponge with sour wine that was extended with a fragrant branch of hyssop.  Crucifixion is death by slow suffocation, as one’s lungs gradually fill up with fluid.  Breathing this scent of hyssop may have been offered by these ladies of mercy to Jesus, and to those dying by crucifixion to help ease their congestion, and provide some relief, both physically and emotionally.

Modern uses have noted that the monoterpene in hyssop oil re-programs miswritten information in the DNA of a cell.  Hyssop and also Myrrh promotes permanent healing at a cellular level. Myrrh had a direct affect on the hypothalamus and the pituitary and Amygdala, which is the seat of the emotions. It has a pain relieving property and was extremely effective at killing staphylococcus. Wound bacteria was helped and eliminated with Myrrh oil.  Myrrh was also used as a fixative to extend fragrances of other scents.  Myrrh has a long lasting quality, although it’s own fragrance is not very pleasingt to smell.

It’s essential to think in terms of your physical, mental/emotional and spiritual health.  I have experienced dramatic improvements with clients when we clear mental/emotional blockages and curses from their lives.  You can make a difference in your life and rise above generations of problems and return blessings back into your life.  If you would like more understanding, or schedule a session, or explore further through the levels of your emotions and feelings, I would be happy to assist you in a holistic approach with your physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual body.

Many Blessings,

Linda Crane

Are Essential Oil Allergens?

November 27, 2011 by Linda Crane Leave a Comment

A beautiful day in a lavender fieldConsider the following facts regarding Essential Oils:

1) Allergens are almost always composed of proteins or polypeptides, which are relatively large molecules. There are no proteins or polypeptides in essential oils. In fact, nitrogen containing compounds are virtually non-existent in essential oils except in occasional trace amounts.

2) Allergens are composed of large molecules. There are no large molecules in volatile or aromatic oils, otherwise they would be neither volatile or aromatic.

3) There has never been a documented instance of an anti-body response (i.e. sensitization) to an essential oil. Essential oil antibodies have never been found or detected in anyone. Unless sensitization occurs and antibodies are produced and stored in the body, there can be no allergic reaction. Therefore, we can state unequivocally that essential oils are not and cannot be allergens. Sometimes people do have allergy-like reactions but these are no allergenic in nature. They are detox reactions.

While allergenic reactions from pure therapeutic grade essential oils never happen, this might not be true for perfume, massage, or food grade oils, depending on what synthetic substances and fatty oils are used to alter and dilute them. However, even in cases of reactions to non-therapeutic grade oils, reactions are not likely to be allergens.

To be an allergic reaction, there must be antibodies in the system of the person having the reaction. There must be a period of prior sensitization before an allergic reaction can occur. If a person has a reaction to an essential oil the first time they receive it, it cannot be an allergy, because there was no prior exposure whereby sensitization and development of antibodies could have taken place. Such a reaction is nonallergenic.

People can be allergic/sensitive to fatty oils. This is because fatty oils are not distilled. They are cold pressed from the fruit and seed and contain many molecules that would not survive distillation but do come through a pressing. Among these molecules are traces of proteins, amino acids, and polypeptides – all potential allergens.

For massage purposes, essential oils are often added to fatty oils. When this is done, the possibility of an allergic reaction exists. Fatty oils are implicated as potential allergens include walnut, almond, olive, peanut, safflower, and virtually any vegetable oil.

Allergic reactions are also possible to expressed oils (citrus) and aromatic oils obtained by solvents (such as jasmine, onycha, or neroli). These two types of oils are not true essential oils since they are not obtained by distillation. Distilled oils are never allergens. Absolutes, expressed oils, and fatty oils can be allergens, including carrier oils. According to data reported in “A Statistical Validation of the Raindrop Technique” the most frequently reported negative results of applying undiluted oils was a burning sensation on the skin, skin rashes, nausea, headaches, and tiredness (in that order). Among the outcomes of thousands of Raindrops sessions included in the report, no negative experiences more severe than these were reported. Not one case of an allergic reaction was discovered by this study even though an honest effort was made to find and report such reactions if they existed. In all the reports of negative outcomes with undiluted oils in the study, experiences were temporary and interpreted as detox reactions, not allergies. Given enough time, accompanied by a cleansing regimen, detox reactions to oils will cease and the oils that caused the reaction initially will no longer do so. This is an indication that the cleansing is complete and proof that the reactions was no allergy. When a detox reaction happens, stop using the oils for awhile and reduce their quantity in order to slow down the release of toxins. Focus on cleansing procedures with lots of water, fiber, and fresh foods and, perhaps, some fasting, to flush out the toxins. Gradually, use the oils again and eventually the toxins will be gone and you won’t have unpleasant reactions to the oils any more. Many people have experienced this. Detox reactions may be unpleasant but they are temporary and beneficial. They are the beginning of healing in a body full of toxins that would have eventually resulted in a serious chronic disease.   Source:  “The Chemistry of Essential Oils Made Simpe – God’s Love Manifest in Molecules” by David Stewart, Ph.D, D.N.M.

Allow Yourself to Have Help in Troubling Times

November 23, 2011 by Linda Crane Leave a Comment

Great Bach Flowers: Star of Bethlehem It amazes me that in times of trouble and stress how we don’t use the help available at our disposal. As unbelievable as it sounds sometimes we don’t want the help and support. We would rather stay in the rut and struggle unnecessarily through situations.  When wallowing no one can help themselves or another.  Since we are the ones that make our own choices and decide for ourselves, this can only add more post traumatic stress and problems to come.  (Not making decisions, is making the decision to do, or not to do, in and of itself.) We really are in charge even when we think we are out of control and not in our right thinking.

Don’t you deserve the very best to help you in difficult times.  Instead of ignoring your options or assistance offered; wouldn’t it help you, help yourself and others dependent on you for their own encouragement and upliftment.  It becomes a vicious circle of down trodden thinking to support this type of behavior.  Where on the energy scale of emotions do you choose to work from in times of aggravated stress. Isn’t it worth it to you to make the best decisions possible during dire life situations, like the passing of a loved one, sudden accidents, financial crises, new and uncharted business decisions, shocking news regarding your children, your family, or cherished relationships.  It’s true you may feel hopeless and not care what happens to you at the time, but if you can’t think of yourself; do it for someone else.  Clarity in thinking and supporting feelings is crucial at these times.

It’s so hard to come from apathy, grief, fear, lust, anger, and pride and easily move up the scale of emotions to the healthy supportive emotions and feelings that can help you like: Courageousness, Acceptance and Peace. It’s difficult to hang out longer than necessary in the lower emotions without penalty.  Post traumatic stress and higher increasing cortisol levels, (cortisol is considered the death hormone) in the blood can cause untold harm.  That will not improve your situations. You’ll only have to fix it later on, and it may take longer to get rid of all that the negativity has brought you; if you let it linger.  Instead you are feeding fuel to the already unpleasant fire.  None of us gets out of this world alive.  So we might as well enjoy the ride as much as possible and make the best of it.   A wonderful Bach Flower

So are you going to love and approve of yourself or are you going to beat yourself up?  Does beating yourself up ever solve anything?  It makes you feel worse. There is always a cause and an affect. What’s done is done, (spilled milk) as the expression goes.  You can’t change what has happened.  But you can change how you will move on.  One step at a time will just do fine, and get you there. It’s the little things that count.

The Masters know that in that place called pride we hide away what looks fine on the surface.  Pride covers many areas.  I’ll name a few and see if any apply.  I would like to say here that responsibility for your life does not imply blame.  Blame is a shame and there is no shame in being as responsible as possible for your own life situations.  We do the best we can…and non-judging of yourself is the key. Only you can judge yourself.  Be kind to yourself, stop dis-approving of yourself, or your situations.  Allowing help or support puts you in charge.  To me, the word “Allowing” is one of the most important words for the 21st Century.  Not allowing is just as important too.  Allowing has a great deal of strength in it.

No matter how much disapproval energy you have received in your life, or how much disapproving of yourself you have done, there is always a new day and a different view or approach if you choose.  Why not choose what will help you be all that you desire to become, and in helping yourself you will give be a strength to others as well.  We are not Islands unto ourselves.  We learn and grow from others and the situations they bring to us in our lives. We may not be able to bring back loves lost or passed on, but we can hold the good and the memories and feel enriched for the gift of having that person in our lives.  Celebrate in your own way the good, wherever you find it, and whoever brings it to you…a child, a quote, a flower, a pet, a check, a word of love or appreciation.  The gift is you…you are the present to yourself.  Be alive, Be here, Be now, and Be present!

I am available here at this website www.LindaCrane.com to help you in any way.  There are many choices and ways available to assist you.  You just have to contact me.

Blessings,

Is There a Difference Between Emotions & Feelings?

November 23, 2011 by Linda Crane Leave a Comment

Emotions vs. Feelings

Comedy TragedyEmotions and Feelings Are They the Same Thing…? Well that depends on whose  discussing this topic.

I’ve looked at the words emotions and feelings over time and they are used so interchangeably.  There is a different expression of the energy in the content of these words.  Since energy pervades our lives in every way I’d like to take a closer look at their meanings.

Emotions can run our lives. You may know that emotions can be like energy in motion picking up speed like a snowball rolling down a hill getting larger in size. The dictionary uses it in a way to describe feelings, yet when I look at the difference between emotions and feelings in the dictionary there are distinctions I’d like to make in applying an understanding of how to approach correcting problems as is shown in my product video on Breaking The Family Curse.

Emotions have to do with passion, tremor, agitation, excitement, disturbance, sentiment, tumult, and sensation.  From my approach emotions are like energy racing in motion that can get out of control.  Rage, anger, jealousy, and greed for instance are out of control emotions.  An example of how emotions work is: when you wake up in the morning and begin to get out of bed and as you do, say you stubbed your toe and it hurt and you were angry or frustrated by that and your reaction to the rest of the day as it went along was that everything from that point on went along with the same agitation.  Your energy followed your thoughts.

Feelings are more knowingness and understanding about a particular thing or state of being. Psychics use the term I feel that…often. It’s conveyed as an ability to see, sense, hear or know about something they want to convey to you.

An example of a feeling can be:  I when into that place I felt a sense of peace and harmony there, or when I went into that place I felt like it gave me the creeps and I couldn’t wait to leave. Feelings have a different flavoring than emotions yet feelings and emotions are used to mean the same things and they can depending on if you think they are the same thing.

These words are used in the dictionary to describe feelings: The sense of touch, tactile sensation, the state of the body or of a part of it, opinion, sensitiveness, sensory response, perception, susceptibility, activity, personal reaction, pain, pleasure, motor response, reflex, (and here are the more important distinctions): consciousness, awareness, receptivity, tenderness, belief, thought, refinement, intelligence, intuition, outlook, attitude, discernment, spirit, and soul.

To me emotions are energy in motion picking up speed charged to an end result that can be pleasant, but I find that our emotions are mostly used in an unpleasant state of expression.  Feelings, from my point of view, when expressed in a positive manner are the language of the soul speaking through to you. This state of feeling on a higher sensibility comes to you in peace about any matter, even if you do not like what you are deciphering about the matter at hand.  You can still see the wisdom or truth about the feeling you have and you are able to go ahead on that guidance because it expresses or speaks truth to you, from the core within, in calmness, even if you are not happy about the answer you are receiving. This is when you can reach into your self on a deeper level and come out of your situation with new clarity because of this feeling, and actually change what has been a problem into a blessing. That’s much better than if you let your emotions run wild…wouldn’t you say?

If you want to go from anxiety to calmness then you may be interested in reading more about how to change the agitated energy into positive clarified thinking and living.

There is also a place beyond thinking, feelings, and emotions and that is the most excellent place to be when one can quiet the mind and live more peacefully. I will be discussing that in another article or post.

P.S.  I welcome your comments and questions about topics on my website. Let me know what are your areas of interest so that I may serve you.

It’s Much Better to Speak with Our Soul Voice Than Our Mind Voice

July 1, 2011 by Linda Crane Leave a Comment

When you speak from your Soul voice you are speaking from your Inspiration, instead of the automatic voice that plays from the mind.  The mind is really just a play back recorder of whatever data has been stored into it from this lifetime and from all other lifetimes.  It’s the data that really makes us react in ways that may not be in our best interest.

Could you put the owner of your mind on the phone please because this message is for the the owner.  The owner I’m referring to is you! Let me explain:

The mind is like a computer.  It gives us back what we put into it.  Sometimes the computer gets a virus.  The virus (the mind) plays havoc with the computer (which is you).  If you don’t take care of the virus it spreads and we know what happens in the computer, the mess that occurs, until the virus is taken out.  When we put information into the file cabinets of the computer it will be there until we hit the delete button.  It’s important to know who is the boss of the computer.  The owner decides to delete the old unwanted files that are no longer useful.

The mind (the program, data, or virus) is not the owner of the computer. You are the owner. Yet we let it run the show more times than not.  We have to condition the mind to be our servant not the other way around. The mind is supposed to be your genie in a bottle. Your wish is my command, not that it runs the computer (you), with free reign.  An example of this is: you have the maid come over to clean your house, and when she arrives, she starts telling you to clean the bathroom, wash the dishes, and change the sheets, and to boot you end up paying her for the visit before she leaves.  It doesn’t feel good, right?  Yet this is what happens to us because of these unconscious programs replaying in our minds.  And yet…whose the boss, and whose in charge…?

The mind is not necessarily our friend.  Ask yourself this question.  Is there something that you are trying to figure out the answer to in your life right now that you just can’t seem to get the answer to? Now please ask your mind if it knows how to figure out this problem… Realize that “The mind doesn’t know the answer to your question”.  If it knew you would have the answer in a flash. Trying to ask something that doesn’t know is futile. What the mind does is: it sends you all over the place out there to try and find out.  Why do we keep asking something the answer when it continually doesn’t know. We are so conditioned to doing this. We’re so dependent on the mind that we can’t get it that the mind doesn’t know.

If I ask you, what your name is, your age, birth date, you know right away.  That’s the data in the computer banks that you have knowledge of, and you have no problem accessing the knowledge you already have in your computer.  But when you don’t know the answer to something, the mind does not show up as your friend.  Instead it tries to beat yourself up, saying back to you: something like, “you should have known that, how dumb this is, I can’t”, it makes you feel bad about not having the answer.  To me that’s not a real friend.  The One who knows the answers to all our problems and questions…we resist. This knowing is our Inspiration, our Source within, Our Beingness. This Beingness is beyond creativity. It’s really the best friend we have.

This is how the mind can work well for you and be your genie in the bottle.  The mind is creative!! Give it something positive to work on.  Continually feed it positive thoughts about what goals you want to achieve. These goals are to come from a knowing in yourself that you have it now, not that you need it, or lack it now in your life.  Place all the phrases in a positive way. Use the words: I Allow, I AM, I Can, in your sentences. Refrain from “No and Not” in your sentences.

Here’s some Free-Bees from Inspiration to You…

I Allow My Life to be Abundant in All Ways with Ease.

I Allow Peace and Harmony in All My Relationships with Ease. (this takes into account Work & Personal Life, because these are relationships)

I Allow Myself to Have Good Communication with My Spouse and Children with Ease.

I Allow Myself to Have Perfect Health.

Now, by any chance, Is anybody’s mind telling them (Yeah Sure!!) about these positive statements.  Then here is something you can tell your mind when it wants to override you:

It only takes a little practice to start becoming conscious of what the mind is doing. You’ll be surprised how many times the mind will slip in those negative thoughts.  At those moments: say to the mind: “I Am the Boss, and I give you permission to leave”.  This works for me every time. The mind requires quiet time as much as possible so Inspiration can come in with your answers.

Remember the mind’s function is to be Creative! When you keep repeating positive statements to the mind you are retraining it and giving it something Creative to create for you in your life.  The law of the Universe, Law of Attraction works every time:  Negative gets more negative, and Positive gets more positive.

I deem the word ALLOW to be the most important word in the 21st Century. I have said this for over a decade.  In allowing you give your self the power, you decide, and you are in charge!

You have the power to decide! What is your choice Boss? Garbage In, or Garbage Out..delete?

I Allow Inspiration, Love, Blessings, Health, and Financial Abundance to Flow in My Life with Ease.

Linda

Eclipses of 2011

June 18, 2011 by Linda Crane Leave a Comment

On June 15, 2011, there is a Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse at 4:34pm at 24 degrees 23 minutes of Sagittarius.

Eclipses are transmitters of energy and they are turning points.  I will keep this to an explanation of what the energies are saying instead of too much astrological terminology.

In the last 2 years the Eclipses were in the signs of Cancer and Capricorn. This brought our attention and focus in a more escalated way upon jobs, security, real estate, home and family concerns.  Major family events may have taken place: births, deaths, weddings, and other instances that bring family together.

The Eclipses are now focusing for the next year and a half in the signs of Gemini and Sagittarius.  Mercury the ruler of Gemini and Virgo is important for this phase of development and unfoldment. Mercury rules the mind and thinking and speaking. Communication and information is now its focus.  Our communications with: ourselves, each other, language, other countries, the internet and all that it offers, our thinking or lack of awareness thought processes, transportation, religion, and travel local or abroad are highlighted.

The opportunities are amazing for growth in these areas.  Yet there are pitfalls.  How will we deal with this mass of information is key.  Will we let the intellect run the show?  Will we be in touch with a heart centered approach and a higher minded way of expression in our lives?  The lowest form of communication is negative thinking, speaking and gossip.   It is important to keep the mind focused on more interesting elevating conversations.  Learn about one another and make good connections.  Because Mercury rules the mind and thinking, it’s highly important to focus on the best and keep the mind on positive thoughts continually. The mind is creative and will reproduce whatever thoughts you repeatedly give it.  It’s also a good time to get into a practice of quieting the mind.  See the best and encourage growth.  To understand how the mind works more fully to experience the best of these Eclipse cycles over the next 2 years I have written an article called, “It’s much better to speak with our Soul Voice than our mind voice.”

What do we need to know?  There is so much information out there.  We need to filter out what is important to us. Mercury is at the end of the sign of Taurus.  The end of a sign brings a kick with it to finish up with circumstances.  The message coming from Taurus is take care of what we have. The sign Taurus, rules: money, our values, our self worth, and the economy.  It’s the practical no frills down to earth basics. It’s about sustainability. We are impressed upon to live greener, to simplify, and to appreciate what we have and take care of it.

The economic problems of the last few years has increased our focus and thinking on our values.  We are learning that the mind does not have al the information on what steps to take.  Those who speak on the stock markets are just making their most informed guesses.  We are being given lots of information with theses Eclipses in Gemini and Sagittarius to improve our thinking, money and finances, and know more about what our values mean to each of us.

It is necessary to become aware of what we are thinking and saying.  Thoughts become things. Think positive energizing thoughts to yourself and others. What you think about is what you will attract, and now this is happening even faster than we thought was possible.  Gossiping is a low energy vibration and will boomerang back to you.  Bring out what is best in another and you’ll attract this in yourself.  Gemini is a dual sign and what you look at in the mirror is reflected back at you. This can occur because the other person is a reflection of you and your thoughts. Think kind loving thoughts about yourself.  This Eclipse brings with it a better awareness of your philosophy on what you believe, and it will require us to have better relationship skills and better communication skills.  With Gemini it’s all about the words, thoughts, and the mind.  Let your words be powerful for the good of yourself and others.  Sagittarius looks towards expansiveness and travel abroad as well as with the mind, while being honest, and jovial. How can we live together peacefully? It is time to live from authenticity.

The planet Mars is the activator of the Eclipse.  Mars enters Gemini on June 20th at 10:50 pm EDT.  This is important because it is about 15 hours before the Summer Solstice on the 21st.   It brings in the Summer Solstice in with driving energy.  Mars crosses the path of 11 degrees of Gemini, which is the degree of the Solar Eclipse that occurred on June 1st, on the 4th, through the 6th of July.  Be aware of what is going on around you.  Gemini rules your neighborhood, your environment, your day-to-day local, your surroundings, your community and what is in your vicinity.  Be watchful, attentive, alert, observant, and heedful.  Become aware!

On July 1st there is a Solar Eclipse, at 9 degrees Cancer 12 minutes.  New Moon 4:54 am EDT.

A Solar Eclipse stays active for a couple of years.  On July 1st the last Solar Eclipse in Cancer in this series will occur and Mercury will be at 29 degrees of Cancer and at that moment it is reactivating that major Eclipse of 2 years ago.  The issues return around family, home and security.  We are to focus on our families, take care of them, as well as our global family.  We can re-connect with lost family members and friends.  There may have been major changes within your family over the last 2 years.  If so this is a good opportunity to allow, accept, heal, and settle down. All focus points to creating a loving world to live in.  Think about what you wish to experience. Communicate, write it out, and allow it to take hold.
